QUALITY

Our QMS has been conceived according to the following principles:

• Our business processes are centred around the customer.
• We adapt to the order conditions in each case and tune our language services to the individual requirements of the customer.
• The firmly defined processes and work sequences are regularly reviewed internally and adjusted if necessary .
• The QMS is subjected to an annual system and practice check by an external auditor (TÜV - Rhineland Technical Inspection Authority).
• The finished translations undergo in-depth, multi-stage revision prior to delivery cf.Quality assurance.
• At the request of the customer, the work is executed in accordance with the Standard DIN EN 15038 (dual-control principle).
